Cross-region recovery
Dallas and Philadelphia replicate backups to each other, so a region is a latency choice rather than a single point of failure. Multi-region deployment is available from one account.
Both facilities are operated by TierPoint and hold SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and align with GLBA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST SP 800-53. These are the datacenter's certifications. TekTonic is not itself SOC 2 audited or HIPAA compliant, and nothing here should be read as saying otherwise.
